The Mohan And The Silvon


'' The Mohan '' it is a Colombian legend, this legend says that in the Huila, in the Tolima and in Antioquia there is a ‘’Mohan’’, he is seductive with the women and swindler with the men.
The Mohan is an ugly man, he has long beard and long and strong hair, he is brave and he has bear skin.
People say that the Mohan is a soul, he declared his love to the ‘’Calentana’’ but she deceives to he, and she leaves it alone.
The Mohan is very nice with the women but with the men he is a bad person.
People also say that the Mohan takes liquor and chicha of corn that the same one prepares.



In the Venezuelan plains there is a man, his name is ‘’the Silvon’’, he is a man high and thin, he measures six meters.
The legend says that the Silvon is a soul, he killed his father and he ate up it, when his mother knew, she cursed for always.
The Silvon takes in its back a sack full with bones of the persons that he kills and people say that it kills and it punishes the drunken men and the men that are unfaithful with their wives.

Good myths! You respect the instructions and use simple sentences. There are some corrections to make about the use of pronouns (ex: deceives to he, he ate up it, it kills).
You make a good effort to read clearly in your recording, but you need to check pronunciation of new words and give more stress to key words so that your speaking is more natural.
